Dining Options
The Treehouse is open for breakfast and dinner and this unique restaurant is made up of two open-air treehouses overlooking the ocean. Enjoy Tropical World Cuisine with favourites such as mahi mahi with ginger root sauce.
Vegans and healthy eaters are well catered for at Emerald's at the Piti Piton Lounge which offers a menu of vegan food showcasing organic produce from the resort's farm in the Soufrière hills. Dinner is served six nights a week and melt-in-the-mouth dishes include apple curry and crispy rain forest calabza gnocchi.
For lunch head to Trou au Diable on the beachfront and enjoy appetisers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and Caribbean and Creole specialities while in the evening you can choose from the 'Aspara' Indian-themed menu - a fusion of East Indian and Caribbean cuisine.
Every Tuesday the restaurant hosts a Caribbean culinary evening. Light grilled dishes are served at the water's edge at the casual Trou au Diable Beach Grill six nights a week while the Jungle Beach Bar & Grill offers a casual setting for lunch on Anse Mamin Beach

Standard Garden View Rooms are set on either the hillside or at beach level with garden views. Superior Hillside Rooms are octagonal cottages with sea or Piton views. Spacious Deluxe Beachside Rooms are closest to the beach. Premium Hillside Rooms are set high in the hills and some have a fourth wall missing for uninterrupted views of the Pitons. The secluded Piton Pool Suites are available on request, with views over the famous peaks plus a private pool with deck.

When booking standard category, please know you could be located on either hillside or beachside - the category is based on “run of house” principle which may lead to a complimentary upgrade to superior or beachside deluxe location, at the Resort's discretion but never guaranteed.
Superior Hillside Room
Anse Chastanet's Superior rooms are located at various levels on the hillside and they are octagonal or rectangular in shape
Beachside Deluxe Room
Beachside deluxe rooms are generous in space, with coralina or clay tiles and wooden jalousie louvre windows and large balconies or patios. All beachside rooms offer a tropical garden view and are just a few feet away from the beach and water's edge
Hillside Deluxe Room
The spacious hillside deluxe rooms are located at various hillside levels with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and/or St.Lucia's Pitons
Premium Hillside Room
Anse Chastanet's Premium rooms offer picture postcard perfect views of the St.Lucia's Pitons - a Unesco World Heritage site- and the surrounding Caribbean Sea by virtue of their location on the higher hillside level
Piton Pool Suite
Exquisitely finished with coralina stone tiles and hand crafted furniture made from tropical hardwoods. Casuarina is nestled amidst lush foliage in a private hillside setting at Anse Chastanet Resort, facing towards St Lucia's famous Pitons mountains and the Caribbean Sea.
The Beach House
The Beach House at Anse Chastanet is located on the north corner of Anse Chastanet beach where you can sit and relax, looking out over the sparkling Caribbean Sea, watching sunsets year round from your elevated brick deck in the landscaped oceanfront garden. The interior is bright and airy, bathed in warm Caribbean sunlight shining through its French doors and windows.
