Kapsaliana is a captivating village showcasing a blend of Cretan and Venetian architectural styles, set amidst serene surroundings offering picturesque views of the countryside and the sea.

The entire settlement has been meticulously restored using natural materials, harmoniously combining traditional Cretan architecture with Venetian influences such as carved stone vaults and exterior staircases, resulting in a truly magnificent place to unwind.
Fifteen original houses have been transformed into elegant guest houses surrounding the historic Olive Press, while seven new houses have been crafted to mirror the authentic architecture.
Each house boasts a unique design and offers modern amenities within tastefully decorated interiors.

The Classic double rooms (Eridanus, Hyades & Kentavros) have a spacious bedroom with double bed or twin beds, a sitting corner and a bathroom with rainfall shower. Eridanus & Hyades are ground floor rooms with a sitting area in front of the room with a table, chairs and umbrella. Kentavros is located on the first floor, it features a small balcony at the entrance of the room with chairs and umbrella
Superior Double Room Terrace (Libra & Hydra)
The superior double room Libra has a spacious bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, a bathroom with rainfall shower and a sitting corner. Libra can comfortably accommodate a couple while the room benefits from a private entrance, with its own courtyard and parking space right outside the entrance. From the large private terrace you can enjoy the views over the canyon of the village. The superior double room Hydra has a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, a bathroom with rainfall shower and a small living room with fireplace and a sofa bed. Hydra is located on the ground floor and overlooks the west side of the village and the canyon. Hydra can also be connected to Libra room and altogether transform into a lovely house with 2 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, patio and private entrance
Historic Junior Suite (Perseus, Lyra & Sirius)
The original features of Crete have been preserved in the 3 historic junior suites (Lyra, Perseus & Sirius) with their authentic style and heritage. They are all ground floor suites located at the central building complex, with rather small windows, a spacious living room with a double bed or twin beds as well as a seating area. Perseus and Lyra are open plan suites with an arch that connects the living area to the bedroom and they are equipped with a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate an extra person. They have a small sitting corner at the entrance of the room. Sirius has a living room with a sofa bed while it separates from the bedroom with a door. Sirius has an outside sitting with table, chairs and sun umbrella.
Superior Junior Suite Terrace (Orion & Cassiopeia)
The Superior Junior Suite Orion is a comfortable suite, suitable for couples, located on the first floor of the main building and the olive mill. The suite features a spacious living room where an arch leads to the bedroom with a double bed and fireplace. From the private terrace you can enjoy a wonderful seaview while the windows overlook the village square full of lemon and orange trees.The comfortable, two-room suite Cassiopeia features a living room and a bedroom with a double bed. Each room has its own private terrace. It is located on the first floor of the main building complex with beautiful view from the private terrace over the lush western side of the village. Both suites have a fully furnished terrace with table, chairs, loungers and a sun umbrella.
Historic Olive Mill Suite
The Olive Oil Mill Suite was originally an 18th century private olive mill. The open plan suite is located side by side as a continuation of our historic olive oil museum. Part of the room’s ancient decoration are a historic millstone and an underground oil tern protected by glass floors. Within 80 square meters the spacious suite features a double bedroom that is separated from its two seating areas with a large stone arch. The first seating area can accommodate an extra person while the second one is where the historically preserved items are placed. The Olive Mill Suite also encompasses a modern waterfall bathroom. It has no exterior sitting area.
Family Suite Terrace (Pleiades)
The Pleiades suite is a spacious, two room suite with a sitting area, fireplace and a separate bedroom. Both the living room and the bedroom have access to the terrace with a pergola and the garden. The suite also has a living room with a sofa bed. The suite overlooks the lush hillside and is ideal for a unique suite to stay in Crete.
Classic Double Terrace (Izar)
The double room Izar has one bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds, a fireplace and a private terrace. It is located on the first floor of the complex opposite the old olive mill
Exclusive Superior Double Terrace with Sea View & Pergola (Pegasus)
The Exclusive Superior Double Pegasus is spliced with stone walls, has a sitting corner and a double bed or twin beds. From the room’s the terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view over the olive grove and the sea. It is also a perfect choice for couples who want to combine a relaxing stay in a traditionally decorated room with a large private terrace. Lastly, the room has recently been renovated, featuring a pergola on its beautiful terrace, ideal for private dining
Superior Junior Suite Terrace with Mezzanine (Andromeda)
Andromeda is a Superior Junior Suite with a bedroom loft and a bright living room with a large fireplace. The suite also features a private fully furnished terrace with chairs, table, loungers and a sun umbrella & beautiful views over the square of the village. Ideal for couples who want an outstanding place for their stay in Crete.
Exclusive Suite Terrace with Sea View, Swim Spa Mini Pool & Pergola (Aquarius)
This exclusive Suite is located in the centre of the Kapsaliana Village Hotel, overlooking the restaurant terrace and pergola. The Aquarius suite has a beautiful arch in the middle of the room connecting the sleeping area with the sitting corner, the fireplace and the northern terrace. Walk up the stone stairs to sit in the large terrace with the wonderful view over the olive groves and the sea. The large terrace on the north side has a mini pool spa
Classic Double Terrace Sea View (Altair)
Altair features a bedroom with double bed or twin beds, bathroom with rainfall shower, a private terrace and connecting doors with Izar room. Altair has a wonderful view over the olive groves and the sea, while its own stone staircase connects the terrace of the room with the swimming pool.
Stone House Suite (Borealis)
The Stone House suite (Borealis) is a unique suite with private swimming pool and panoramic sea views from every corner. The Suite features two spacious areas with living room, open plan kitchen & dining area, sitting area with fireplace, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom/hammam, studio couch that can be used as a sofa bed, alcove single room with private bathroom, private swimming pool. At the private entrance of Borealis there is an ancient stone oven that can still be used.
Superior Double Room Terrace Sea View (Berenices & Luna)
Luna combines a private entrance and a balcony with enchanting and wide views of the Cretan sea. It also features a romantic elevated bedroom with double bed, a small seating area and a modern, waterfall bathroom. Berenices is a superior double room with a double bed or twin beds, a small sitting corner, where a sofa bed can host an extra person, and a fireplace. The private terrace offers a lovely view over the lush western side of the village and the sea. The room is located on the first floor of the complex.
Junior Suite with Terrace (Aquila)
Aquila features panoramic window sea views and an outdoor seating area on a terrace surrounded by olive and carob trees. It has a double bed, a working desk and a small living room area with a sofa bed that can host an extra person. A special tip of Aquila is its elevated ceilings that give you an extra sense of openness and comfort
Executive Suite (Selini)
Selini is a spacious suite of 80sqm, decorated with unique pieces of modern Greek art, which enjoys access to a private terrace with views over the lush hillside and the sea. It consists of two separate rooms, a sleeping room with a king-size bed, a living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace. The guests of this suite share a 35sqm pool with guests from Elia and Lupus suite
