No, ABTA is the Association of British Travel Agents and we are not a travel agent but instead we are a Tour Operator and we are ATOL protected. A travel agent is a business that sells holidays provided by a Tour Operator and are usually found on the High Street. You do not need ABTA protection when booking directly with a Tour Operator such as Tradewinds

Yes all payments are protected. When making a booking with us the flights will be booked and paid for in full and a deposit will be paid to the hotel and/or tour or cruise operator - we do not hold any money and your Flight tickets are instantly issued. We do not require any further payments until the deadline and this money is instantly paid to the supplier upon receipt. If there is a timelag then money is held in an escrow account

You will receive Flight tickets on the same day that you book. We take payment for the Flights upon initial booking and we provide the "tickets" to you. These days they are not strictly tickets in the old sense as pretty much all airines are issuing eTickets. We will provide you with the airline reference number and details of how to login to the airline app or website to check-in, access boarding passes and pre-book seats etc

You will normally receive all other documentation such as Hotel, Tour, Cruise and Transfer vouchers within 48 hours of you making your final payment. This gives the supplier time to issue and send to us before we send on to you

Strictly speaking, no. Our unique selling point is that we specialise in holidays for adults - couples, singles or groups and our website reflects that where you can only book for adults. However if you have a particular hotel in mind for a family holiday and some firm dates then we are more than happy to give you a quote for that and, if the quote is acceptable, book that holiday for you as a family.

Al lot of the hotels we offer are Adult Only, however some hotels will have an Adult section and some may just be hotels where anyone can stay. We do take care to select hotels where it is quite unlikely that you will have many families with youung children but obviously we can never guarantee that. The adult only hotels will be clearly marked on the site
